Product Development Work Sheet

Getting started with your product will need a formal introduction and we will need you to follow our special IHQ format to help get us acquainted.

In the following you will be asked to fill out four pages of information regarding you product submission, please follow the instructions given below to help us understand your product better.

Page number one:

Please give us all of your contact information, cell phone, home phone, home address, fax number, email addresses.

Also on this page and all other pages put your products name and patent number on it (or patent pending number).

Page number two:

Please start by explaining the existing problem and then by describing how your product solves this problem, please be brief, keep it to one page.

Page number three:

On this page we want to see your product, either in picture or drawing.  Then we will want you to show all of the different parts that make it up, break the object down part by part.

Page number:

This page will consist of pricing, what you think it will sell for (MSRP) and what it will cost to make (include insurance and packaging).

Also we will want you to give us a rough idea of the potential market size, how many potential customers are there, and supply supporting documentation to show these numbers.
